We welcome all international customers!

You have access to the best products and the best prices with Sun Brite Supply. Shipping across international borders can be complicated, but we have a lot of experience. Over the years, we have learned the most efficient way to handle your orders. In addition to our regular Policies, we ask that you follow these simple ordering steps:

1. Cruise the web site and write down any product numbers you are interested in. If you don't see what you want, tell us. We may be able to get what you need.

2. Call or email us with your order (770-277-9924, shipping@sunbritesupply.com) using the product numbers wherever possible. Not using product numbers will slow down the order process considerably.

3. Please keep in mind that our products are designed primarily for the US market. We will advise you to the best of our knowledge, but we do not warrant the suitability of any product for your needs.

4. We charge our standard web prices plus a small International Handling Fee per order plus the cost of shipping.

5. We ship by US Mail directly to you (where practical because of small size and weight). If size or weight dictate shipping by means other than the US Post Office, we will only ship to your pre-arranged Freight Forwarder in the United States.

6. You are responsible for any tariffs or duties or import fees resulting from your order.

7. Payment is by Bank Transfer only. Call Mary for payment instructions (770-277-9924) as this information changes from time to time.

8. We will ship your order for standard items with 48 hours. Special-Order items and orders without product numbers take longer. We will not ship your order until it is complete. We triple-verify all item counts prior to shipping, so we guarantee your order is right when it leaves our warehouse. Shipping time is a function of the carrier and your local Customs office. Our experience tells us that orders can sometimes take several weeks to reach some countries. Please be patient.

9. If you place a high-volume order (either a large quantity of any one item or spending in excess of $10,000 US on a single order) we will look into volume pricing for that order. It may take more time to ship a high volume order.
