The Series 66 High Flow models feature longer-lasting seals and a new valve cap design for stronger high-flow performance.

All of the following pumps are intended for belt-driven machines. Each pump is rated in PSI and GPM at a certain RPM for that pump. Some pumps may be run at one of two or three different speeds, resulting in different outputs. Your pulley arrangement will determine the final RPM of the pump. You may need to change your pulleys to achieve the proper RPM for the pump you select.

All of the pumps listed below are similar in appearance to the picture on the top of this page. All of the pumps below have a 24 mm shaft for mounting a pulley. All of the pumps below come with mounting rails, too.



TS4040 HP by General Pump, Solid Shaft This is the belt-driven pump used on Black Knight Model 413 and the Black Knight Ultimate cold water machines! It is rated at 4 GPM and 4000 PSI when set up at 1450 RPM.

TS2021 HP by General Pump, 5.6 GPM @ 3500 PSIThis is the most frequently chosen pump for many popular hot water skid pressure washers, including the Black Knight Model 620. This pump should be driven with 16 - 20 HP at 1450 RPM.

TSF2021 HP by General Pump - High Flow Triplex PumpThis pump is rated at 7.0 GPM and 3600 PSI when it is set up @ 1450 RPM or 8.5 GPM and 3600 PSI when it is set up @ 1750 RPM.
